In October 2025 we have some significant changes within the business that we would like to share with you.
After six years with us, Laura Collett will be moving on from LCH at the beginning of September 2025. Many of you will have had the pleasure of speaking with Laura over the years, and will know the passion, care, and professionalism she has consistently shown in supporting our chauffeur customers. We are deeply grateful for her dedication and all that she has contributed to the business. On behalf of everyone at LCH, we wish Laura every success and happiness in the next chapter of her career.
Laura’s departure comes at a natural point of reflection for LCH. As we mark our 20th anniversary, we have taken the opportunity to consider how best to shape our business for the future. Over the past two decades, our journey within the chauffeur industry has been one of valued partnerships, shared success, and strong relationships built on trust and service.
However, as customer needs and business demands evolve, we have had to make some important strategic decisions about our next steps. In response to changing priorities across our wider operations, we have made the difficult decision to conclude our vehicle hire services for private chauffeurs and chauffeur companies. This change will take effect from October 2025.
We understand that this marks the end of a long and valued chapter, and we would like to express our sincere appreciation to all of our chauffeur partners and clients for their loyalty, collaboration, and support over the years. While this particular service offering will come to a close, our commitment to delivering excellence in all areas of our business remains unchanged. We look forward to continuing to support our customers in new and evolving ways in the years ahead.
