Since our inception in 2004, LCH has grown to become one of the UK’s most renowned suppliers of luxury vehicles. We are committed to delivering the highest standards of service, offering both Licensed and non-Licensed replacement vehicles for our OEM partners, as well as Licensed vehicles for Chauffeurs and Professional Drivers.
Our partnerships with Premium Motor Manufacturers began in 2006 and have significantly expanded over the years. Today, we provide comprehensive support services for roadside assistance, recalls, and customer service events, managing our own fleet of luxury vehicles alongside those supplied by OEMs. This growth has allowed us to establish a truly national service, with 7 strategically located LCH hubs across the UK: Elstree, Cheltenham, Manchester, Coventry, Newcastle, Glasgow, and our newest location in Guildford. These hubs enhance our vehicle capacity and reach while reducing delivery and collection times. Our dedicated customer service and delivery teams ensure a seamless, professional process, delivering an exceptional experience for your customers.

Meet The Team

Richard is the visionary CEO of Licensed Carriage Hire (LCH), which he founded in 2004 to redefine transportation standards for the chauffeur Industry.Under his leadership, the company has evolved into a leading provider of mobility solutions to OEM’s known for excellence and reliability.
With over two decades of experience, Richard’s strategic vision and hands-on approach have driven the company’s success and solidified its reputation as a trusted partner. He is dedicated to the LCH core values, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, ensuring LCH continually exceeds expectations.
Richard places a high priority on mental health, recognizing its critical role in overall well-being and professional success. As CEO, he actively promotes a supportive and inclusive workplace environment fostering a culture of openness and understanding around mental health.
Outside of his professional workplace, Richard enjoys spending time with his close family and friends as well as interests in Gym, Football and Golf.

Paul joined LCH as CFO in 2019 and is responsible for Finance and HR whilst taking an close interest in all aspects of overall LCH performance.
Despite his very youthful appearance he has enjoyed a very long career in Finance having previously worked in FTSE100 companies, but mainly smaller businesses, across a variety of business sectors.
Outside of the business Paul enjoys walking in the countryside with the family labrador, Cody, and is a keen sports fan.

Jamie joined the family business in 2018 as part of the Customer Service Team where he was responsible for managing the department until early 2024 before he progressed into our commercial team working alongside our managing director.
He is now responsible for maintaining existing client relationships along with working on new business opportunities. One of the most enjoyable parts about his role is the shared goals and visions of colleagues to deliver exceptional levels of service to all customers.
On his time off, if he isn’t on holiday he loves nothing more than spending quality time with his family including his son that he welcomed earlier in 2024.

Martin has been our Head of Operations since June 2022, prior to joining LCH he undertook a variety of operational and commercially focused management roles, within the transport & logistics sector.
With over 25 years’ experience in tailoring services to align to client’s bespoke requirements, Martin’s passion and determination to optimise customer experience, whilst maximising operational efficiencies and leading unified, motivated and high performing team (whilst having some fun along the way), shines through.
Outside of work Martin can be found exercising in the gym, playing golf or walking his dog (Winnie), trying to counter act the calories gained through his favourite past times of eating and socialising with his family and friends.

Jo joined LCH as Head of HR in September 2024 and is responsible for all people related matters. She has over 20 years of generalist HR experience, particularly within small -medium sized businesses in the financial services and consulting sectors.
Driven by the belief that happy employees make successful companies, Jo has a passion for developing strong company culture and positive workplaces.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is never happier than when she’s curled up with a good book.

Matt brings 20 years of commercial fleet experience, from both the private and public sectors. Matt delights in leading the Fleet Team to continuously improve and refine the operational and service delivery aspects of the fleet department, supporting colleagues with expert advice and guidance.
His approach enables LCH to provide our customers with the very finest, safe and legally compliant luxury cars.
When Matt is not managing our fleet he is tinkering with his Alfa Romeo GTV.

Vitor Moreira
Vitor has been LCH’s Transport Department Manager since 2013. The Transport Department is LCH’s largest department and in his role, he oversees a diverse team and is responsible for managing the department’s operations, strategy, and growth.
The most rewarding aspects of his role is the opportunity to work with a talented team who share a commitment to excellence. Together, the department strives to deliver outstanding service and solutions to meet the evolving needs of LCH’s clients.

With over 9 years at LCH, Roxanne brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as our Client Account Manager. Acting as the vital link between our clients and internal teams, she is passionate about championing client needs and ensuring we consistently deliver on our promises. Roxanne regularly meets with clients to build strong relationships, address feedback proactively, and ensure satisfaction with our services. Her keen eye for detail and commitment to transparency also shine through in her rigorous reporting, keeping clients fully informed and confident in their partnership with LCH.

Francesca Freeth
Joining the LCH team mid 2024, Fran joins the Customer Service team with 10 years of experience 4 of which was spent managing a similar size team to achieve exceptional levels of service.
When Francesca is not working, you will find her either working out, spending time with her nephew or with her head buried in a good book.

Having recently joined the LCH team earlier in 2024 as Customer Service Team Leader, Megan brings with her over 5 years’ experience working for a private ambulance service that specialised in European repatriations amongst other complicated matters so its fair to say that she enjoys working within a fast-paced environment !
As a Team Leader, Megan is responsible for overseeing the daily functioning of the department and enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues to not only provide all customers with a fantastic journey with LCH but to simultaneously support her team in achieving their own goals to aid them with their own career progression.
As LCH’s resident self-confess ‘cat lady’ when Megan isn’t working she loves spending time with her cats and family.

Molly Horne
Molly is 12 years old and loves coming to LCH with her Dad. Her friendly demeanour and wagging tail earn her an abundance of treats and attention from everyone in the office. Molly’s presence brings joy, calm and warmth to the workplace, making her a popular part of the team. In her spare time she likes to go on walks, chase after her Frisbees and get plenty of sleep.
